Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast
Today will be blustery and much colder than yesterday. Highs will only top out around 10 with wind chills well below zero all day long. Tonight, our temps actually go into the single-digits below zero again with blustery conditions. Friday still looks cold, but with a little less wind. Highs will only be in the low-teens. A weak system will be approaching the area as we head into Friday night. This could bring us a little light snow late, but that's not the main event. Lows will stay in the single-digits above zero. There looks to be a good chance of some accumulating snow as we head through Saturday. At this point, it does not look to be a big event with totals 1-3". Sunday looks dry with highs in the mid-teens.  We also hang onto this cold for the next 7 days as well.
