The Aging Bias Explained

One of the biggest complaints you often hear women make is that men seem to "age better" than women. While I don't personally agree with that entirely, I do think there might be some reasons why that perception exists.

Another thing you'll often hear them say is that they don't understand why the 'aging bias" is there especially from the physical standpoint because women tend to focus much more than men on the physical.

I talk about that specifically and why it's actually that focus that may be causing the issue
