At Latonia Elementary, they're combining economics with gardening. And students say the outcome is one unique learning experience. But the benefit doesn't stop there. The impact is reaching beyond the classroom. When school’s out, the learning doesn't stop for these fifth-graders. "I also keep track of the water temps, the PH levels," Carsan Hehman. You're looking at the Latonia Elementary Herbmania and Urban Garden.
