In 2022, a long-time Disney World employee was among 13 sexual predators (PEDOPHILES) arrested in an undercover sting operation in Florida. In 2014, more than 36 Central Florida amusement park employees, including 35 Disney employees, were arrested and accused of sex crimes involving children (PEDOPHILIA).

In 2024, a Disney employee sued the company for allegedly failing to investigate the sexual assault by a former executive - Nolan Gonzales, a former vice president of distribution, assaulted Jane Doe the unamed employee several times in 2017 through the use of ecstasy and a date rape drug, raping her when she was incapacitated (BILL COSBY ANYONE!!). He also "used his position of power and blackmail" to force her to have sex with him. When she tried to cut contact with him in 2018, Gonzales allegedly threatened to release intimate videos of their encounters and "ruin her career."

In September 2022, a long-time Disney World employee was among 13 sexual predators arrested in an undercover sting operation in Florida. The Polk County Sheriff's Office, working jointly with Chris Hansen of "To Catch a Predator," targeted suspects accused of attempting to "sexually abuse, groom, and corrupt" children. Among those arrested was a 42-year-old Disney World employee named Kevin Sanders, who had worked for the park for 16 years as a roving IT support specialist and had previously worked as a member of Disney's Youth Education Series Program.

Disney's treatment of its cast members has also been called into question, with many cast members speaking out about facing abuse, racist or toxic working conditions, and all of us have heard about the “traumatizing” rules to be a Disney Princess at the Parks.

Cast members have reported sexual and physical abuse, emotional torment, sleeping in their cars due to being unable to afford food and rent, and many have been overworked, abused and underpaid (workplace harassment).
