Not one, the first and only black owned business in Baltimore the epicentre of the liscence issuance, is fighting for fundraising funds to meet their targets. because after all this legislation was meant to help those disproportionately effected people get involved, is t that why we let these massive companies into the state? That money they paid was supposed to help the state and help ensure a proper Fair marketplace, where industry isn't controlling everything and preventing access. Yet to this date not a dispensary or legal grow EXSISTS in Maryland, but these same Elite Cannabis Owners feel no shame also purchasing from the black market to subsidy their shortcomings.
