Store Was Freezing Dog-Like Animals

Info from Licensor: "I was walking downtown and noticed a group of men unloading an unmarked white van with unidentified, skinned animals in black garbage bags. The animals looked like dogs. I then went into the store and asked one of the workers if the animals in the bag were dogs, he admitted to the animals being dogs, so I then pulled out my phone and began to record. As I was recording another worker in the store began to yell telling me to get out of the store. When I was leaving the store I notice a worker unloading another black garbage bag with a skinned dog in it."
