FBI 'Wray' Warning the Sheriffs? Since When? Some are Saying False Flag Prep!

Sheriffs nationwide need to start training civilians NOW! We knew this was coming!
Since when does the FBI, let alone Wray, warn the sheriffs about anything? Now that the evidence is pouring out about local election tampering by local county citizens everywhere...the FBI is blaming Russia, China, and Iran. This is the first time the FBI has admitted that our elections can be hacked. Curious.

And they are now admitting that we have a multitude of bad actors within our country due to the rogue government opening up our borders. While we know that these individuals are among us...are they being used to blame for a false flag?

The rogue and captured government has done this to us...and now we are to believe that they are coming to warn us out of care and consideration? Doesn't smell right.
