People on the former twitter platform "X" are saying a man named John Emanuel Banuelos (aka #cowpoke) is the man with the gun. Apparently the FBI have known about this man since 2021 but he has never been arrested. He may even be linked to a murder and also has an active account on "X" posting recent comments and photos.
