Neighbors wary of proposed apartment complex in Cape Coral

Some homeowners in Cape Coral are getting letters in the mail about a possible apartment complex springing up in their backyards.  Some are even going as far to say they'd put their houses on the market before the construction trucks come rolling down Embers Parkway.
