In short bite sized videos, he helps the viewer understand the truth about our past and also connects it to current political discourse. Simon Webb is a historian and the author of many non-fiction books, ranging from academic works on education to social and popular history. He has also written dozens of westerns under both his own name and a variety of pseudonyms. Simon works as a consultant on the subjects of historical matters and capital punishment to television companies and filmmakers and also writes for various magazines and newspapers, including the Times educational Supplement, Daily Telegraph and The Guardian. Simon has a particular interest in, and extensive knowledge of; terrorism in Victorian and Edwardian Britain, capital punishment and home education.
