1 crispy Chinese pancake (Shou zhua bing)
1 banana
Slice the banana
Place the banana slices on the pancake
50g shredded cheese
Place another pancake on top
Press down on the edges
Cover with a piece of parchment paper
Place on a baking pan
1 egg yolk
Brush the egg yolk on the pancake
White sugar (optional)
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375°F/190°C
After baking
