◾A Ukrainian volunteer who has been collecting money for the Ukrainian Army since the start of the war got severely beaten up for speaking out against the corruption of the Ukrainian government:

- At 12 o’clock at noon, two young men with brass knuckles and hammers brutally beat me for my principled position. Because I fight corruption, because I criticize our corrupt government that does not help our defenders. That's what's happening.
