W-8BEN Form: Ignorant's Perspective on Foreign Investing

I encounter the form and do not know what to do. This is only a short video clip which reminds every foreign investor to take note this kind of document when buying assets outside your homeland. The W-8BEN form is an example of a document issued by other countries to qualify for a lower rate of tax withholding.
This short clips is plain and boring but for the purpose of knowing the document is a must in every investors.
