In this video I tackle "how do you start your day" "what do you do for breakfast" "why do you, a personal trainer and chef, eat this for breakfast?".
I get a lot of questions about how to start the day. The answer is; what would my ancestors die for before they set out on their daily mission. Meat was scarce growing up, we only got chicken on occasion. Taking advantage of our privilege, I reverse engineered the current health scams to get back to the source. Grains, oats and wheat were cultivated to fatten up farm animals. Kellogg's and other devils, sought out to increase revenue by creating the cereal propaganda we still see today, Similar to Camel Cigarettes sponsoring doctors to smoke. Big Grain, sponsored doctors and authorities to demonize animal fat instead of sugars! a.k.a carbohydrates! Just like Nestle ruined nursing mothers, we live a lie.

Look, I don't want to hear you come at me for cholesterol. You don't know how it works if you have a problem here. We have LDL and HDL, these are the "public transit" of our body. What we're looking for is a nice parabolic chart. Too much and too little are dangerous. Cholesterol increasing can directly mean that your body is becoming more bioavailable - using all the nutrients you're putting in it. If you continue to tax your system with CRAP it has to filter out. Then you start eating away at yourself. I will tackle this topic later. We don't need to form a side of the point, when the whole point is to become more capable and look good doing it!
