A man was shot after police say he brandished a weapon at them when they responded to a domestic call in Eaton Tuesday evening. According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Eaton Police and Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies were responding to the home on East Church Street for a domestic disturbance around 9 p.m. Officers on the scene say they felt threatened by a man inside the home who was brandishing a weapon and shot him in the leg. That man was taken to Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. No deputies or officers were injured.
