Kansas Convention of States Quarterly Town Hall Meeting with Ben Terrill and Angel Cushing

Kansas Convention of States Action volunteers Angel Cushing and Ben Terrill discuss the current effort to limit the government from gaining control of private property using National Heritage Area (NHA) or National Historic Trail (NHT) designations. Senate Bill 370 and House Bill 2476 are an act requiring approval of any national heritage area or national historic trail in the state of Kansas and prohibiting state funding of any national heritage area or national historic trail unless funding is first approved by the legislature of the state of Kansas.
