Canada is listed as the center of all patents for cannabis ownership and marketing. Among the litany of countries which hold patent rights, Jamaica is not present, nor any company from the island. Why is this so? Why should Jamaica be forced to import an adulterated version of marijuana to its shores? Is Bob Marley's image being used to promote the legalization and the use of marijuana?
