'My Deposition' - Part 4 drills down into the illegalities and the sleight of hand by Justice Peter Lyons including Justice Phillip McMurdo and LEXON Insurance when Lyons overturned his own decision against us. The motive was not financial reward but to protect the senior Property Partner of Queensland’s largest law firm from penalties imposed by the Integrated Planning Act 1997 for deliberately continuing a development offence!

Supreme Court Justice Phillip McMurdo had a close working relationship with Justice Peter Lyons and lawyer Jim was acknowledged an acknowledged associate, they were old friends.
They were friends and cronyism ensured a loss.

Premiere Annastacia Palaszczuk had a clear choice to make, and she chose her comrades over the public interest, Today is Premier Palaszczuk’s last day in office 14th December 2023. Coincidence perhaps?

She knew that to reveal the truth would be very explosive! That is why I am sharing this story with you as it highlights the concept ‘The Separation of Powers’ is non-existent in Queensland, and I suspect throughout Australia or anywhere practising the Westminster System of Justice.
Looking after the ‘Integrity of legal fraternity’ takes precedence. An average man, the individual is dispensable! The evidence submitted here proves we were denied a fair trial and due process in both the Supreme Court and The Court of Appeal. @whentheftislegal
