With close to two decades of experience in the acute care setting, Nicole is no stranger to working through various pandemics and has exempted vaccines in the past until 2020 when she received pushback from the establishment. Refusing to compromise her beliefs, she stood firmly in her convictions, becoming one of the 2,000 employees facing termination for refusing to comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. With unwavering courage and determination, Nurse Nicole became an advocate for personal choice and individual rights in the face of unprecedented challenges.
