The mastermind behind an explosion on Indianapolis' south side that killed two people has died

Mark Ray Leonard was convicted and sentenced to spend life in prison without parole for the 2012 blast in the Richmond Hill neighborhood. The 48-year-old died Tuesday at an Indianapolis hospital.
