Police chase through downtown Kansas City ends as subject surrenders

A police chase through downtown Kansas City, Missouri, ended after the subject got out of his car and surrendered. The subject refused to stop and was driving dangerously when officers initiated the pursuit. Police said he had a felony warrant, but it’s unclear what it was for.
