A newer Amtrak ALC-42 Charger pulls the Capitol Limited passenger train eastbound through Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia, with the Federal Railroad Administration car DOTX 221 which was built by Pullman Standard in 1954 as CNR 1083, the "Cape Brule".
Locomotive: AMTK 335(Siemens ALC-42).
