Announcement: February 7th, 2024

It has been quite some time since our last video was uploaded, and I am sure many of you have been wondering what happened. Unfortunately, our channel was hit by a fly-by copyright strike bot that wrongfully terminated our account without any warning or explanation, including all of our past videos and livestreams. It's quite an unfortunate and frustrating situation, and I am sorry for it. So I am here to clarify and explain everything that happened and what's next.

In the past month, I have been working tirelessly to try and clear the copyright strike and contact YouTube through various channels and means, but I have not received any cooperation or acknowledgment. It's reached a point where I'm no longer even receiving confirmation emails when sending information. This has been a very frustrating and distressing situation for me, and I am sorry if this delay and lack of communication has caused any annoyance or concern.

Please note that this delayed and seemingly absent return has been not due to a lack of effort on my part. I've been working feverishly to try and get my channel restored, but I've hit a wall when it comes to clearing the copyright strike and getting back in contact with YouTube. So I am very sorry for this delay and I appreciate your patience, understanding, and support.

To add to the frustration, the channel had been forcibly converted into a brand account years ago when Google Pages was launched, which has also added several layers of complexity and difficulties in getting back my account. This has been yet another hurdle and additional obstacle in an already complicated and difficult situation.

Even though the channel's removal has caused the loss of over 6 thousand videos and over 20 years of work, we are not leaving the internet. We have decided to move our content to places like Rumble and Twitch for the time being until this issue has been resolved. So please still support us and our content on these platforms, and we will keep you updated on any developments with the channel.

Now, my priority is to deal with my family and health issues while also trying to resolve my channel's restoration. It is a very difficult situation for me and a lot to process, but I really do appreciate your understanding and patience. I know this is a very confusing and difficult time for everyone, and I truly apologize for any stress or frustration it has caused. Just know that I am doing my best to resolve the situation as quickly and effectively as possible.

Even though I am and have never been affiliated with YouTube, my word still stands on the fact that if anyone wants to make a donation, please give it to the Arbor Day Foundation. Especially with Spring being right around the corner, where you can make the biggest change by gifting a tree to the Earth.

The Arbor Day Foundation is a wonderful organization that does a lot of important work for the environment and it's very generous.

It is true that the Arbor Day Foundation is not a sponsor, but rather a charity that we have supported proudly and consistently for over 20 years. This is something that we have done annually on this channel and will continue to support regardless of the status of the main channel. We believe in the cause and encourage everyone, including our viewers, to help make a difference and do their part.

Additionally, I would like to take this opportunity to point out the Subscriber Tree. This is something that I have planted and nurtured for many years, and its existence has come to symbolize our gratitude and appreciation for our subscribers and community. However, this year, I have decided to do something slightly different. Because of the loss of my channel, I have transformed our Subsciber Tree into a Wishing Tree. Each leaf contains the name of one of our subscribers, and it represents my appreciation and love for all of you.

I also want to note that if you have any specific requests or anything specific you would like me to do for you, please leave them on our Discord channel or website. I will do whatever I can to show my loyalty to you as well, including sharing any videos or clips you may have saved somewhere. I will also be keeping everyone updated on the progress of the channel's restoration and the process as a whole.

Finally, we would like to start off the year of the dragon on a good note. Let us continue to stand by and support one another and remain hopeful for the positive outcome of our channel's restoration.
