The Breathing Triangle - Connecting to Peace

This breathing exercise will help bring about a sense of calmness and peace within the nervous system. Focus on the breath as you breathe in deeply, through the nose from the lower corner of the triangle, up to the apex point…and when you reach the apex point, breathe out slowly through the mouth. After doing this for a few breaths you may notice the sacred space of stillness…between the breaths. A space where thoughts don’t exist, just a gentle, calming awareness of this most sacred of spaces. Namaste. Peace be with you 🙏😌
