Five Marines are missing from a helicopter en route from Las Vegas to San Diego.
It is true that on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter carrying five Marines went missing on a training flight from Creech Air Force Base in Nevada to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego.
However, I have important updates for you:
The helicopter has been found. It was located in Pine Valley, California on the morning of February 7th.
Search and rescue efforts are ongoing. The Marines and other personnel are currently being accounted for.
I know this doesn't provide all the answers you might be looking for, but I would advise you to avoid speculation and wait for official updates from the Marine Corps. They will be the most reliable source of information about the Marines' condition and the cause of the incident.
