Paul Murphy - 'Embers' . Second session, Take 1

Came back to this after a couple of days away. First of 4 takes, all flawed in some way - here the lyric sheet fell down - but this song does seem to have a lot of fans so I thought I would post these latest versions.

This is one of those songs where I wish I still had a band. Nice hard riff, descending melody line, and a barbed-wire lyric - it's a song made for bass and drum backing.
