3 changes you can might RIGHT NOW to aid your weight loss: To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, so these habits helo you do that 1) get in your daily steps: 10k is the reccomendation and the reason you should do this is because it keeps the daily amount of calories you eat loweer than what it would've been if you didnt get in your steps 2) drinking lots of water. a really good rule to stick by is just drink whenever you feel thirsty. so have a water bottle near you at all times because we get wayyy more thirty and just ignore drinking water more often what you think. Water isn't going to magically make you severely lose weight, but it does reduce hunger cravings so drinking more water will naturally reduce your want to snack or eat larger meals because you just wont be as hungry. 3. sleep earlier. When you go long times without eating, your body's hormone makes you feel really hungry. This leads to overeating at night. Eating at night doesn't make you gain weight but it increases your chances because of this. Just think of all the times you had midnight snacks. All of these you can start doing right now to be more consistent with weight loss in addition to lifting weights and counting calories!
