How to make a 4-Color Woodgrain soap [ADVANCED TUTORIAL]

This video goes through the steps to making a woodgrain style soap in a mint fragrance. It is considered a more advanced technique, so beginners beware :)

Not said in the video: Just so you know, this technique is best done with a loaf-style mold. I think it could be done in a slab, but I've never tried it.

I generally don't make the same soap style twice. However, "Petrified" is one of those styles that is here to stay I think! I've made it 3 times now, not exactly the same way, but close. The design was inspired by petrification (obviously), but also colored in slate to give it a "coldness" that I think of when I picture petrification. Petrified is also a term used to describe fear, so a chilled aura is perfect for this style. I will say however, that the fragrance is not scary or chilly - it is amazing!
