5 Common Mistakes When Drinking Water:

1. Drinking tap water

The 4 potential problems with drinking water include…
- Improper mineral balance -- too much or too little of certain minerals can cause health issues over time.
- pH can be too high or low.
- Water can be contaminated with pathogenic organisms like bacteria, parasites, etc.
- Water can contain harmful chemicals like fluoride, chlorine, pesticides like glyophosphate, microplastics, medications, hormones.

2. Not adding enough minerals.

3. Not knowing your mineral status.

Tests I like: RBC Magnesium and RBC Potassium.

4. Not getting enough water.

I am for 2 liters/day and then alter based on activity level, age, sweating, etc.

5. Drinking too much water.

Drinking too much plain water without the proper minerals will dilute your electrolytes over time.
