We need to stop over complicating health and fitness.
When we live by God’s design, we find blessing in our lives - in all areas and aspects of our lives, including our health.
He designed you to move your body. He designed you to eat God-given foods. He designed you to rest and he designed you to have a relationship with him.

Fad diets, quick fixes, and self-help will not bring the same results of truly walking in step with the Spirit and following God’s design.
