King meets Prince Harry as he “steps back” from duties for cancer treatment | BBC News
King Charles has met his son Prince Harry after he flew back to the UK to see his father following the king’s cancer diagnosis.
The Duke of Suffolk travelled from his home in California to spend time with King Charles.
Following their meeting the King and Queen Camilla have travelled to Sandringham in Norfolk. It has been announced that the King is stepping back from public duties while he undergoes medical treatment.
The Palace has disclosed few details about the King's diagnosis other than to confirm it was discovered during a recent procedure to treat an enlarged prostate. Both of his sons were informed about his diagnosis before the announcement.
The Prime Minister Rishi Sunak told the BBC that the King's cancer had been "caught early" and said he was still in "regular contact" with the monarch. He said their weekly audiences would continue to take place during the King's treatment.
