Indianapolis City-County Council will vote at the Feb. 19 meeting whether to remove Stephen Clay as president

Dozens of protesters showed up at Monday night's city-county council meeting to call for Stephen Clay's removal as president. They believe he gave Republicans as committee chairs as part of a back door deal.
