Getting Smoked by a USMC Drill Instructor

Discipline, one of the hallmarks of a Marine, is a trait instilled early and often in training, and the recruits of Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, learned it comes in many forms March 5, 2014, on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C. Along with training in close-order drill, which instills discipline by teaching instant, willing obedience to orders, minor disciplinary infractions are corrected with incentive training. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate May 9, 2014.
