If Sydney Harbour shark attack was a psyop Elizabeth Bay was the perfect place for it

A violent and bloody act of ferocity in a place like that is more unsettling to the masses than if it happened at some remote empty beach. That's why I think it may well have been a psyop to traumatise the population.
