Two men raped an underage girl at a house party over the weekend, according to Delhi Township police. Snapchat and a 911 call helped officers make the arrests -- and one of the suspects was charged with a similar crime last year. Steven Lee, 20, and Antonio Leicht, 21, are charged with one count of rape each.
