It is a joy to serve the people of Waipahu and attend community events like these; the annual cultural day where people gather at Hawaii Plantation Village to celebrate the diversity of our state. While there, I enjoyed a South Korean game of throwing arrows in a bucket, writing Chinese New Year cards, and I got to connect with a constituent- Mary and her son Ethan regarding how we're doing at the State Capitol.
