The Bardic Trio - Jamie MacDougall (tenor), Matthew McAllister (guitar), Sharron Griffiths (harp) - play my (Eddie McGuire) arrangement of this which the 18th century Scottish poet Robert Burns created from his own words and an adapted traditional melody. It marked the turning point in his life when he started to support the anti-slavery campaigns of the time.
