Woman Steals Police Car and Speeds Off, Leading to Tragic Head-On Crash

When police responded to a call regarding suspicious activity, the woman they tried to question ended up stealing a police vehicle seconds after the officer left the car. The woman sped off and eventually crashed it, killing herself and two others in a head-on collision.
