Bombs, cluster bombs, bombies, UXO, whatever you want to call them, Laos is still littered with American munitions some half a century later, rendering nearly 1/3 of this tiny country uninhabitable. Late January 2024, two Lao children (aged 11 and 12) were killed by US munitions, two others badly injured.
