These SF3 edits duke it out! We have Gouken by Alexlexus & Shin LVL 2 Akuma by ESFAndy011 fixed by Gara vs. Sheng Long Sheng Long by, "vyn(coding), Angelm(sprites),Ohsky(permission),MemoryCard21(creator)", and Goutetsu by Failure. Update 4/13/2024: So I found out that the sprites of Sheng Long are originally by Doy.
