Parasites can become resistant to these drugs very fast. You have to continue to switch between the 3 or the parasites will build up immunity to them. This is explained in this video along with dosages.

These drugs do not kill the parasite eggs, so if a parasite layed eggs prior to dying, those eggs will hatch.

Start with Ivermectin. Begin on a Monday and take until Wednesday. It says to take one 12 mg tab in the morning and one 12 mg tab at night. If the die off is too fast (Herxheimer Reaction) then you can half or even go lower. Stop taking it on Thursday, which is Day 4.

Start back up on Day 8, the next Monday. Do the same as week 1 above until Wednesday then stop.

The next Monday begin Fenbendazole. Take one 3 gram pill in morning and one in evening on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for two weeks. If you experience a Herxheimer Reaction, then half the dosage.

Then go to Hydroxychloroquine. Take one 400 mg pill in the morning and one 400 mg pill in the evening on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for two weeks. If you experience any Herxheimer effects then half the dosage.
