NOTE: You can explore the sunken hydrology research station even before talking to Broglie and the last step will be skipped in case you do this as the last of the 3 concurrent quests. Broglie's responses will be based on if you already done the North and West, and already acquired the Soaked Punched Tape.

- Investigate the main control room
- Find a way to charge the research terminal
- Use the research terminal to access the hydrology research data
04:43 Talk to Broglie located at the edge of a broken bridge, south of New Fontaine Research Institute, Fontaine
