Jennifer and her husband James were both charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter as prosecutors say they ignored signs their son was having mental health struggles. Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald says she feels they did the job of showing she was guilty of the charges. The panel of six men and six women spent seven hours deliberating on Monday.
