Poor soul came to rest - God’s Eye - Dax

My Dad found this poor man lying on the sidewalk outside his place early in the morning last weekend. He call 911 and they sent an ambulance to tend to him. My dad said that the man appeared lifeless. And that they didn’t preform CPR on him. After they took him there was no follow-up from police. We have no idea in what state the poor guy was in.
