This Reshade pre-set has been made to give Resident Evil 2 a film look.
Some areas of the game are somewhat darker, but it is clear and vibrant.

Make sure to enable HDR, as it works best with it.

Install the Reshade pre-set to the folder where the games exe file is and where you have installed Reshade.
