Tai Ramen Soup Recipe:
Kelp noodles

Marinate with-1 Tbsp of soya sauce,1Tbsp olive oil, 1Tsp coconut sugar, 1glove of garlic, Black pepper-dehydrate 3 hours in 108 Degrees Fahrenheit.

BROTH:
250 ml of water, half tsp of turmeric,1 glove of garlic, bit of galangal ,half of chilli,2 Tbsp of tahini, 1 Tsp of raw miso

TO GARNISH:
Mushrooms, Red pepper, Spring onion, Coriander, Lime juice, Black pepper.
