I will show you how to analyze motors winding, disassemble the motor, remove bearings, calculate new winding, rewind the motor, reassemble it with new bearings, and test the motor. Rewinding is a very long process. It took about one day to rewind it, replace all old parts and reassemble it into the well.

On the motors inscription board we can find the most useful information about motor:
A three-phase asynchronous motor is a most commonly used motor in the world. It has very good efficiency and low manufacture and maintenance costs. The two main parts of the motor are the rotor and the stator. The rotor is usually made as a squirrel cage, and it is inserted in the stator's hole. The stator is made out of iron core and winding.

First, we cut old winding from the stator. For this job, we use hammers and chisels. we must be careful because of damage stators lamellas on both sides of the stator.

we could find all information about the type of old winding in "winding head". The winding head is part of winding where all connections are made.
After Measuring the length of the slot, and add about 16mm isolate paper Cut it and bend it and insert it in stator slots.
and then making a model of the coil. Place model is right slots, leaving some free space. Place model in coil winding tool. and then Inserting Coils in Stators Slots. This can take a long time to do.
