This ruling establishes that a city may not force someone off the streets unless they have a bed for them. And the "Democratic" leaders of San Francisco (Pelosi neo-liberal, endorsed) want to have it challenged in the US Supreme court and got their wish - fast-tracked. These are the same people who want open boarders and scream about the "soul of America" .
