DEEP freeze in the South… Walking OVER the Fever Swamp — where no man has gone before!

Ah, nature, you have to love it, the ever-changing tableau, the sensuous feast. In prior videos, I've shown the Fever Swamp, carpeted in algae, imitating a southern bayou. At other times, I've seen her dry, the length of a swimming pool, in drought… And now, after a fortnight of freezing temperatures, I've experienced her frozen solid, an Arctic wonderland, so thick with ice she could serve as a used car lot… Amazing! As the pond's only eyes, the only person who visits, I enjoy documenting her phases and moods. She's never the same. And always a gem. So join me as I explore, just 5 miles from downtown Nashville, this wonder — something nature, ever-giving, ever-awesome, provides.
