Former DEA Special Operations Director Derek Maltz Sr. says the border bill gives priority to illegal immigrant families over Americans who’ve lost loved ones to the fentanyl crisis. Maltz says he's also concerned with the unprecedented number of Chinese nationals crossing the southern border. “Even the FBI director talks so much about the threats that China poses against this country, but yet we are letting Chinese nationals come in at record levels—over 24,000 last year,” says Maltz.
